The government requires all visitors to give their name and contact details upon arrival which will need to be stored by law for 21 days, after which time they will be destroyed (unless you choose to sign up to our newsletter). This is to ensure full traceability of any ‘spikes’ within the area.

By entering Aubergine (including our pavement café), you are confirming that you are aware of and will follow all current government restrictions and guidance:
You are not experiencing any symptoms of coronavirus, and are not awaiting the results of a Covid-19 test (nor is any member of your household);
You will only consume food and drink while seated in the premises;
Unless you have an exemption, you will wear a face covering in the café, except when eating or drinking;
Your group includes no more than one household and support bubble if you will be located indoors or groups including more than one household and support bubble, or more than 6 people if the group includes multiple households, will only be located outdoors;
Your group will not join other groups inside the premises (including outdoor areas);
You will endeavour to follow social distancing at all times as per government guidelines, even where there are no signs or barriers. Customers with children are responsible for ensuring they are always supervised and that they are not breaching social distancing guidelines.
We reserve the right to refuse admission at any time.
Please note: Government COVID-19 secure guidelines are now legal obligations. Businesses will be fined up to £10,000 and can be closed if they breach the rules.
